Halloween Ornament Exchange

This is the ornament I stitched my exchange partner. and the card I made for her. I was dissapointed that my partner didn't follow through on her end but still enjoyed making them. The Witchy is by Sanman Originals.

Monochrome Finish and a WIP

I am almost done stitching the top one. I just need to dig a couple colors out of my floss box and do a border a squirrel and a tree. Below is my monochrome finish that I just love. And I did it in of course blue because it is my favorite color. I only have a few other projects in my WIP pile and have 3 more projects kitted up. I will kit up 2 more when I finish this wip.

LA Christmas Samplers

I forgot to post these finishes last week. I can't think of a way to finish them yet so they will go in my completed projects bin until a bright idea hits me. They are by Leisure Arts.

2 Christmas Ornaments

Here are 2 more Ornament finishes. I don't know if I will keep them or give them away. I love Prairie Schooler Christmas Trees as you can see from my 2 tree ornaments. I have a few other things I want to finish up before Christmas so hopefully will be able to post more after the holidays.

2 Ornament Finshes

Here are 2 of my 4 ornament finishes. I haven't gotton much stitching done because I have Tendinitus but I have been trying to get some things finished up. I like piecing them together minus covering my hands in glue. I didn't do any fancy backs just some hand dyed cotton fabric.

Ready for Turkey Day-Gobble Gobble

Well 2 days after Halloween already and I have my house ready for Thanksgiving. I even have my turkey in the freezer lol. I spent today cleaning and am feeling like things are finally getting organized. I stitched this Turkey while watching TV one night. He was a fun stitch. I just didn't know how to finish him so left it as it for now. This was a Bent Creek Zipper chart and I used DMC threads on MCG Textiles 28ct Khaki evenweave. Now to finish making some ornaments to add to my ornament tree this year and to send to my Ornament Exchange Partner.

Disney Scrapbook 1st 4 pages

I started a Disney scrapbook for my sils trip to dianey with her husband and 3 of the kids. They had never been as a family and I've never seen her have a photo album so thought she would like something she could enjoy instead of something she has to dust. Here are the 1st 4 pages. One the 1st one I added a picture of all of them standing in front of the castle. The second page will have a picture of the baby giving tigger a high 5. The 3rd picture is of the baby carrying around a stuffed mickey mouse. And the last picture will be put on the page of the baby sleeping with mickey and winnie the pooh in his crib.

I'm not doing the pages in any order. I have more done but still have to take pictures of them. I accidently already added pictures to some before I could take pictures of the pages so you'll get to see some of the munchkins. I'm only making an 8x8 album because I find the 12x12 akward and hard to store.
